The Institute of Advanced Management at Banff is dedicated to the application of systems thinking in the management of organizations and institutions, including the application of evidenced-based policy and practice. We do this by providing links to information resources, conducting training, leading seminars  and workshops as well as providing a forum for the exchange of ideas.
